CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund is available up to 90 days prior to the agreed upon start date of any service for which Canadian HR Solutions, Inc. (and its divisions Canadian HR Academy and Sensitivity Training Canada) reserves the right to apply a 7.5% fee of the full amount that has been paid, excluding taxes, for the service in question, to cover administrative expenses.

Any contract that is cancelled 90 or fewer days from the first date on which the work is to be done, is not refundable. However, the total amount of monies paid can be transferred to another Canadian HR Solutions, Inc. (and its divisions Canadian HR Academy and Sensitivity Training Canada) service or the same service within six (6) calendar months.
